What will you do?

As Customer Success Manager, you fulfil a role at the interface of project and account management, implement new learning platforms, carry out consultancy assignments for clients and advise and help clients by handling support tickets. You ensure optimal customer satisfaction together with your colleagues from the various departments. In doing so, you keep a keen eye on existing turnover and on every commercial opportunity you come across in your client package. You configure and test the set-up of a new learning platform in cooperation with the client and you guide ‘your’ client in using the platform. This way, you ensure that your client gets the most out of the learning platform. By knowing your clients' challenges and advising them, you create your own consultancy assignments. For one project, you pull the cart yourself and communicate with the client about content, progress and hours. For another project, you work together with a project manager and fine-tune the planning and progress.


With a commercial and critical eye, you also see room for new business and for process improvement, and you provide input for quotation and tendering processes. Finally, you are known by clients as a competent and proactive discussion partner and you are appreciated for your versatility and drive.

Work includes:

  • Contract management and expanding existing sales with our customers;

  • Ensuring the execution of successful implementation projects based on our offer and customer requirements;

  • Being and staying in control of the development of your accounts through quantitative steering information such as turnover and billing reports;

  • Through analytics, you will guide the learning and development of- and at the client and ensure that the client gets the optimal value from working with Archipel Academy;

  • Giving demos and training on our digital learning platform to customers;

  • Setting up and maintaining customer portals;

  • Function as a lynchpin between internal and external stakeholders.

Job requirements

What do you bring?

✅ HBO+ working and thinking level;

✅ Excellent command of German and English language in word and writing;

✅ Experience with project management;

✅ Experience with CRM Software and Microsoft Office Suite;

✅ Experience with Powershell;

✅ Knowledge of interfaces such as Single Sign-On and working with APIs;

✅ Knowledge of Azure;

✅ Knowledge of Windows Server and setting up web applications;

✅ Good Excel skills;

✅ You can be recognised by your decisiveness and flexibility, in addition to being a team player and multitasker.
